Thesis on CAPE-OPEN at Tampere University of Technology

Marko LEINO has defended with success his Master Thesis at Tampere University of Technology, examined by Professor Hannu Jaakkola. Marko’s thesis contains a very thorough analysis of CAPE-OPEN, how it is applied and implemented, in order to recommend how the HSC Chemistry software from Outotec could benefit from CAPE-OPEN. Congratulations to Marko!

The thesis concludes with several possible strategies regarding CAPE-OPEN. It is yet unclear which strategy Outotec has chosen to apply but CO-LaN welcomes that CAPE-OPEN has been considered as an option for HSC Chemistry software.
