As of today all contracts signed in 2020 with the three contractors delivering software services to CO-LaN, have been extended further than their original term of December 31, 2020.
On January 20, 2021 AmsterCHEM has formally agreed to the extension till December 31, 2021 of its contract signed in April 2020 with all the other conditions staying the same. On the same day, Marcus Bruno Fernandes Silva has agreed to the extension till August 31, 2021 of its contract signed in May 2020 with there also all the other conditions unchanged. And today Céondo GmbH has signed the extension to its own contract till August 31, 2021, with all the other conditions unchanged as well.
All three extension agreements had been signed on January 19, 2021 by Dr Richard BAUR, representative of Shell Global Solutions International BV, president of CO-LaN.
These extensions, approved by CO-LaN Management Board on January 14, 2020, secure the delivery of the software services necessary to maintain and develop the software applications ensuring the development and use of CAPE-OPEN based Process Modelling Components and Process Modelling Environments.
