Leo BENCY is a chemical engineer in China who has been active on the CAPE-OPEN forum (50 posts since November 22, 2011 with half of them on thermodynamic issues). Leo had expressed interest in making a presentation at the CAPE-OPEN 2014 Annual Meeting and this interest developed into a communication at the CAPE-OPEN 2015 Annual Meeting that was given on his behalf by CO-LaN CTO. Leo expressed a number of viewpoints that show experience with CAPE-OPEN implementations. He has recently tried to implement the Reactions Package interface specification in its current (old) version.
