Outcome: investigation underway concerning an issue encountered by HTRI with COLTT (should lead to a fix in COLTT), code signing successfully tested with a personal certificate for the TLB/PIA installers, COLTT version 2.3 being prepared for release by the CAPE-OPEN 2015 Annual Meeting.
