Highlights

Having exchanged over the last week on remaining issues, the participants reviewed the latest modifications made to the design since the previous meeting, agreed on them, and apart from some final formatting steps, decided that the document was ready for a RFC to be launched by end of September with a deadline for comments set at December 1, 2021.
