Summary
Brief discussion at first about the input the Methods & Tools SIG has on the Certif SIG initiative.Then work en Errata & Clarifications document for Utilities Common interface specification. Further comments by Mark STIJNMAN (Shell Global Solutions) were taken in and led to some improvements in the text while no major changes in the clarifications and requirements stated.
More specifically in Section 1 the text is now substantially reduced in the discussion part in order to get faster to the requirement on ICapeUtilities implementation for primary PMCs. Reasoning added for requirement stated sinceTerminate most surely implemented hence need for ICapeUtilities.
In Section 3 it is now added that a constraint is brought by COM regarding need for InitNew or Load to be called before any other method is to be called on the PMC. Section 4: order of steps kept as stated based on the above constraint despite comment made by Mark STIJNMAN.
