From February 2019 Michael Berger will be representing the Dow Chemical Company on the CO-LaN Management Board.
Michael graduated as a chemical engineer and has been employed by the Dow Chemical Company since 1992. He has wide experience with engineering design with the extensive use of flowsheeting simulations for new projects and operational troubleshooting. Within Dow he has inherited the responsibility for the software tools used for process simulation and physical properties and is acting as the global support for any customization of software tools needed by Dow process engineers worldwide. Michael has particular interests in thermodynamics and the associated software development.
Michael replaces Isaiah Huang on the CO-LaN Management Board and CO-LaN would like to thank Isaiah for his many years of support to the ongoing development of CAPE-OPEN.
