Highlights
Further polishing of the memo written by the Methods & Tools Special Interest Group on the licensing scheme recommended for COBIA. The comments and modifications suggested by Bill BARRETT and Michael HLAVINKA are reviewed and incorporated as needed. Additional points were made on the conditions under which contributions by third-parties to COBIA source code should be handled. With these, the memo is considered as finalized and can be sent to Management Board by Michel PONS.
Next meeting is scheduled for September 5, 2018.
