The Thermo SIG met from 10:30 am till 12:15 pm (Central European Time).
Agenda: modify the chapter on Compound Slates in order to integrate the revised approach on context-awareness..
Participants: Sergej BLAGOV (BASF), Jasper van BATEN (AmsterCHEM), Michel PONS (CTO)
Outcome: Explanations around Figures 6.1 and 6.2 in section 6.1 were clarified, making more obvious the relationships with other parts of the interface specification document. It seemed also necessary to clarify how state is defined, how it is shared in between Compound Slates while other thermodynamic and physical properties are unique to a Compound Slate. It may be necessary to somehow repeat these points within adequate Use Cases in order to remind a developer of these. The modifications proposed by Jasper van BATEN were reviewed in a few requirements such as in REQ-34-PME regarding the responsability carried by the PME to set the correct active Compound Slate prior to making any calculation call on the Property Package.
Next conference call is scheduled for September 26, 2017. In the meantime off-line review of the document will continue as well as update of the UML diagrams in order to take into account the modifications recently introduced.
