CAPE-OPEN Property Packages may be defined in Simulis Thermodynamics to be used in various PMEs. Support for both version 1.0 and version 1.1 of the CAPE-OPEN standard is available. Simulis Thermodynamics provides a full range of thermodynamic models, ranging from activity coefficient models, equation of state models to specialized thermodynamic models. It comprises also an access to the DIPPR compound database, leaving the user the possibility to add compounds as needed.
