Highlights:
- Minutes of October 2022 meeting were approved.
- Bank: Management Board was informed that, on November 17, Philippe ARPENTINIER was again denied access to CO-LaN bank account by Société Générale, without any explanation given. Payments to contractors are therefore impossible for the time being.
- Collecting membership fees: Management Board was informed of concerns with a few late payments.
- In accordance with budget voted for 2023 on September 21, 2022, during the Annual General Meeting of CO-LaN Members, Management Board agreed on contracts securing services from MR Woodman Consulting Ltd, AmsterCHEM, Céondo GmbH and Floor & Cie. Florence KUIJL will prepare the definitive contracts covering 2023.

- Michel PONS reported on the activities within the SIGs, highlighting that:
- as expected, UNIT SIG resumed holding monthly meetings,
- M&T SIG has cleared the release of COBIA 1.2.0.10 on November 12,
- an Aspen Plus license at CO-LaN remains necessary to check on the applicability of COBIA Threading models,
- there are positive signs from Aspentech on making such a license available as requested back in August,
- there will be a budget overrun on the current activity in work package 1 of COBIA Phase III (shared memory data transport and on-the-fly generation of proxies for non-CAPE-OPEN COBIA-based interfaces) while delivery target remains December 31, 2022,
- the current activity on CAPE-OPEN Test Suite (clearing all support tickets directly impacting the implementation of tests on Property Packages) is progressing well and remains within budget/timeline (December 31, 2022).
Next meeting has been re-scheduled to December 16, 2022.
