- CO-LaN contracts AmsterCHEM for specific software developments such as:
- Code examples of Property Package and Property Package Manager in C++ and Visual Basic 6.0 – May to August 2010 – fixed fee
- CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation interface for integrating GAP Simulations into a CAPE-OPEN compliant simulation environment (GAPUO) – November till December 2010 – fixed fee
- CO-LaN often contracts AmsterCHEM for providing consultancy services to CO-LaN Corporate Associate Members, either to advise developers or to conduct a software development such as:
- Development of ATL-free CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation socket for Honeywell Unisim Design R410+ (Honeywell Process Solutions) – January till August 2014 – 80 man-hours
- Development of a CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation socket in VMGSim (Virtual Materials Group Inc.) – April to October 2015 – 80 man-hours
- Development of a a prototype CAPE-OPEN package for electrolytes (ChemSep) – January till December 2015 – 80 man-hours
- Development of a CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation socket for SuperPro Designer (Intelligen Inc.) – October till December 2017 – fixed fee
- Support to COBIA-based wrapping of Xfh Ultra (Heat Transfer Research Inc.) – July 2019 till December 2020 – 20 man-hours
- Support to production of prototype version of the Multiflash CAPE-OPEN Thermo interface relying on the CAPE-OPEN Binary Interop Architecture (KBC Advanced Technologies plc) – July 2019 till December 2020 – 20 man-hours
- Development of ProTreat as a CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation (Optimized Gas Treating Inc.) – August till December 2019 – 40 man-hours
- Advice on the implementation and call of CAPE-OPEN interfaces in Aspen Plus (AspenTech) – October 2019 till March 2020 – 30 man-hours
- AmsterCHEM is also under contract with CO-LaN for the development of COBIA:
- Phase I – Proof of concept – January till April 2016 – fixed fee
- Phase II – IDL/Code Generators/COMBIA/COBIA middleware – November 2016 till September 2017 – fixed fee, maintenance of COBIA 1.2 in 2022 and 2023.
- Phase III – Marshalling – in 2021, 2022, and 2023 (up to a maximum of 77 man-hours).
- Following the Request For Bids on software development services aimed at several software applications apart from COBIA, AmsterCHEM has been selected along with Céondo GmbH to provide such services to CO-LaN:
- April 1, 2020 till December 31, 2020 then extended till December 31, 2021
- January 1, 2022 till December 31, 2022
- January 1, 2023 till December 31, 2023 (up to a maximum of 92 man-hours)
