Scope of COBIA Phase III.
Highlights
Proposed additional questions for questionnaire meant to evaluate CAPE-OPEN 2020 Annual Meeting in order to help with scoping of COBIA Phase 3. Discussed further memo scoping Phase 3 particularly what language binding with .Net might mean w.r.t. .NET core/.Net Framework and upcoming .NET 5. Considered need to evaluate budget for each option plus multiple levels that can be considered for marshaling part in Phase 3.
