Visit to Scandpower Petroleum Technology

Michel Pons, CO-LaN CTO, visited Scandpower Petroleum Technology AS, on June 14, 2005 and met Norbert Hoyer, Vice President, Software Director as well as three of his colleagues.

Presentations were made by Michel Pons giving background information on CAPE-OPEN, listing the implementations known so far, describing in some details the UNIT and Thermo interface specifications, what tools are available to help migration to CAPE-OPEN and what is CO-LaN.

CO-LaN is looking forward to the possible involvement of Scandporwer Petroleum Technology AS in CO-LaN as an Associate Member.
