Capital Facilities Information Hand Over Specification

At the CAPE-OPEN 2019 Annual Meeting, Anders THORSTRUP, IM/IT Functional Excellence Manager at Shell Global Solutions International BV, presented (access PDF here) on the Capital Facilities Information Hand Over Specification (CFIHOS).

CFIHOS’ aim is to offer practical standardised specifications for information handover that work for: anyone involved in making, operating, maintaining or decommissioning industrial facilities everyone in the information supply chain – operators, contractors and equipment manufacturers and suppliers.

CFIHOS and CO-LaN agreed to look at ways to make CFIHOS and CAPE-OPEN interoperate at some level.
